Hooray are proud to be supporting a well-established domiciliary care organisation in the recruitment for a Care Coordinator to join their team on a full-time permanent basis.

**As a Care Coordinator you will**:
- Ensure all care plan reviews, spot checks and daily activities are kept up to date duties
- Attend care calls when the needs arise due to staff sickness, holidays and days off
- Ensure all client information is updated accurately and efficiently maintaining confidentiality
- Schedule rota's and ensure all staff days off are facilitated
**To be successful as a Care Coordinator you will**:
- Hold an NVQ level 2 or 3
- Have a full UK drivers license
- Own clear communication skills with the ability to work well within a team
- Be happy to work one weekend a month
In return, my client is offering an annual salary of up to £24,000 depending on experience. _Please note this is a full-time permanent opportunity._
