In the role of Operations Support Professional, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling maintenance activities with our engineering teams at Anderson Recruitment. This exciting opportunity allows you to contribute to the success of our operations team in the UK.

As a key member of our team, your primary responsibilities will include communicating effectively with customers, managing service engineers' diaries, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for coordinating and scheduling maintenance activities with engineering teams, maintaining accurate records of service activities, and updating customer databases as required.

Salary and Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities with engineering teams
- Communicate with customers to book engineer servicing visits and address general queries in a timely manner
- Manage service engineers' diaries to ensure efficient use of time and resources
- Maintain accurate records of service activities and update customer databases as required
- Collaborate with account managers to administer Service remedial quotations

Working Hours and Location:
This full-time position requires a 39-hour workweek, Monday to Thursday (8:30 am - 5 pm) and Friday (8:30 am - 4 pm), based in the UK.
