**Role Purpose**The purpose of this role is convert warm Inbound telephone calls and web leads into sales opportunities.**
This should be achieved through enhanced sales and customer experience skills that ensure the customer is provided with a personalised solution to their needs.
**SHIFTS ARE ON A ROLLING ROTA, INCLUDING WEEKENDS, 3 NIGHTS ON BETWEEN 10PM-6AM, 8 HOUR SHIFTS**

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Handling incoming calls and/or Web leads and convert into sales opportunities
- Making necessary calls backs and follow up calls to convert sales
- Deliver a high level of customer experience through a consultative and solution focussed sales approach
- Ensure accurate data is captured on every opportunity in line with company processes.
- Provide customers with accurate information and guidance at all times

Note: This position requires you to be flexible to work a rotating 3 evening roster

**Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Attributes**:

- Demonstrable experience in a telephone based sales role
- Ability to showcase a consultative sales approach
- Proven experience of achieving multiple sales based KPI’s
- An eye for detail and effective record keeping.
- Excellent time and task management
- A passion for helping others and delivering excellent customer service. The ability to show empathy & understanding.
- Willingness to work in a global team
- A willingness to learn, develop and grow within your role.
- Knowledge of the insurance, credit hire, and motor vehicle hire industry is highly desirable but not essential.
- High level of professional customer service & empathy
