**Job Title**:Telesales Agent

**Location**:Altrincham

**Salary**:£20,000 basic + Uncapped Weekly and Monthly Commission. Realisitic OTE of £32,000

**Hours**:Mon - Thurs: 10:30am - 7pM/Fri 9:30m - 3pm. No weekend work

**The Role**

Our client is an an established firm looking to grow their Life Insurance sales team. This is a key role supporting the company to ensure the maximum number of sales opportunities are provided to the Senior Insurance Advisers as possible. Qualifying clients correctly and ensuring all data capture is accurately and comprehensively completed.

**Responsibilities**
- Working from the on-line dialler contacting new clients
- Establishing client rapport & interest
- Complete full data capture for clients
- “Hot-keying” fully qualified and data complete clients to Senior Advisers
- Achieving minimum volumes of commission generated from “hot-keys”
- Dealing with clients professionally in a polite and friendly manner
- Maintain and develop a positive working manner
- Interact with online company based tools to qualify clients regarding health
- Manage client responses within the on-line dialler to ensure re-contact/call back procedures are accurately carried out
- Telesales Experience is essential
- Financial Services is preferred but in no way essential
