**Salary - **£20,000 to £22,000 + uncapped bonus & Daily incentives

We are at an exciting stage on our business journey, and we are looking for talented sales agents who are ready for a challenge.

The primary focus of this role is to work within our team to develop and deliver strong lead generation, driving qualified leads into the adviser team.

The role of lead generator involves making calls to clients across the UK who have reached out to get help with their finances.

You will be expected to gather the clients information in a positive and professional manner while showing understanding and speaking with clients about their current situation. You will be required to assess the details taken alongside the set criteria and identify if we have a solution available for the client, if so, you will then be required to pass the client onto the relevant qualified advisor.
