**LOCATION: This role can be based in the UK or South Africa.**

**Job Description**:

- The HR Services team support the Anglo American HR stand to ‘Create a safe and caring environment and ignite growth, extraordinary performance and new possibilities.

This role will administer and support HR Talent, Performance & Compensation Management systems and associated processes and governance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Partner with the Talent Management & Reward Teams, as the SME, and provide best practise advice around utilisation & configuration of the Talent and Performance solutions (SAP Success Factors) in support of continuous business improvement.
- Support the ongoing utilisation of the Talent and Performance solutions through systems upgrades and training of super users on the utilisation of the platform/s.
- Support and help project manage the implementation of any new or revised processes incorporated into the Talent and Performance Management System/s including configuration, integration, data migration, testing and training as required.
- Manage and support of the Talent and Performance Management systems, as the SME, for the business as and when required, working with GSS and IM to resolve systems issues.
- Assist with the development and implementation of support processes for the Talent and Performance, to embed processes into the business.
- Qualifications
- Track record of contributing to successful implementation, administration and support of Talent, Performance and other HR systems and processes. (Preferably SuccessFactors).
- Application of HR Systems integration capabilities both from a process and systems perspective.
- Application of business improvement principles to drive ongoing improvement in system process and configuration.
- Track record of interfacing with and influencing key stakeholders and colleagues
- Competent project management capabilities, having run projects for HR systems.
- Advanced skill in the administration and support of HR Systems, specifically Talent and Performance systems.
