By sourcing, delivering, and installing furniture for our clients, we aim to be the ultimate one-stop shop for the entire furnishing process.

**About the role**:

- Be the bridge between sales and operations for customer needs during scheduling and delivery and updating systems as required.
- Provide on-the-road support to our installation teams, solving problems and addressing issues remotely
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of LOFT stock, prioritising core and excess stock
- Provide outstanding customer services at all times
- Process quotes/orders within 24 hrs of receipt, ensuring the collection and recording of all relevant customer information

- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Collaborative mindset to interface between sales and operations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently
