**Shift Patterns**: 6am - 3pm, 8am - 5pm, 9am - 6pm
**Salary**: £10.93 per hour
**About the Role**:
We are seeking an experienced Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Stoke on Trent. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in service coordination, looking to contribute to the effective functioning of our operations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Providing contract support to both customers and colleagues.
- Engaging with suppliers for service failure resolution and updating colleagues.
- Ensuring timely escalation of issues to ISS Management within the SLA agreement.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external customers.
- Collating and inputting data into CAFM databases.
- Creating and maintaining business reports, records, and databases.
- Researching company databases for live or archived reports.
- Following up on support requests.
- Preparing documents for internal teams and external customers.
- Writing and editing company correspondence.
- Coordinating and managing group mailboxes.
- Providing feedback on operational support efficiency and suggesting improvements.
- Carrying out other duties as required by the business.
- Ensuring adherence to customer care principles.
- Adopting a flexible approach to changing work priorities.
- Supporting and maintaining office Health and Safety rules.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar service coordination role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in data entry and report generation.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Flexible and proactive in managing varied tasks.
