In this role you will assist the Health and Safety Manager and Health and Safety Coordinator with all day
- to day support for the South Hoists depots:
- Environmental/ Health and Safety administration
- Support managers with RAMS and COSHH assessments
- Preparing for audits
- Maintain Staff records for issue of all PPE, Safety equipment & company issue tools etc. Health and Update Safety Boards, Accident logging on company systems.
- Audits - Prepare and assist the depot in preparation for PS audits and external audits
- This role may evolve, and other duties may be added as seen fit by line manager.

To succeed in this role you will bring the following skill-set and behaviours:
- Office Administration experience
- Methodical approach to problem solving with an eye for detail
- A good level of computer literacy in MS Office packages. You’ll embrace learning new IT systems and enjoy making the most of technology in your job role
- Previously Health and Safety/ RAMS experience (Desirable)
- Able to work under pressure and on own initiative
- Good communication skills at all levels
