**Key Information**:
**Salary**:Appointments are normally made at the starting salary, however comparable skills and experience will be considered. Future progression is based on annual performance review.

**Duration of Contract**: Fixed Term for 12 months

**Hours per week**: 35 hours per week (Full Time)

**Location**: Sutton/Chelsea. This role is eligible for hybrid working.

**Job Details**:
As Service Hub Lead, you will be responsible for the design of a new shared services hub to support joined-up working for the ICRs professional services. If approved, the post holder will also lead implementation, and embed operational management of the hub. The hub will bring together transactional, repetitive and rules-based work from various professional services departments. It will provide a range of services for all of the ICR community with the aim of improving customer services and freeing up staff time, facilitating process improvement and allowing Professional Services functions to develop a more value-adding service to the organisation.

The ICR has embarked on Evolve which is a strategic programme to deliver the ICR's aims of organisational excellence and financial and environmental sustainability. It will support the Institute's landmark new Research Strategy and spans multiple workstreams across the organisation. The Service Hub Lead will be a critical and central role to Evolve's core programme team.
