A truly rewarding role a a Foundation Learning Administrator has appeared and we need your passion, drive, and enthusiasm to make a difference at the City of Portsmouth College (COPC). You will primarily be based at the Arundel Campus,but travel may be required between campuses based in Portsmouth on occasions.

**Main Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Act as contact person for general student enquiries.
- Acquire a working knowledge of the content of courses offered and entry requirements, where applicable, to be able to deal with telephone and written enquiries and send out information packs to prospective students / employers.
- Deal with enquiries quickly and effectively as appropriate. Addressing those that can be dealt with by the post holder and passing on queries to relevant staff within the department and across the College as necessary.
- Provision of clerical and administrative assistance for the effective operation of the faculty. Including producing letters, absence reports, student data, mail shots and the distribution of marketing materials as well as support for the Team Leaders as needed.
- Provide Departmental Reception cover if required.
