Store Fix Group provides facilities management services to multiple high street designer brands across the UK. Our team of engineers is growing at a fast rate and we need a reliable office team to manage them and the high demands of our clients.

**The Role - Helpdesk Operator/Estimator**

**Duties/Key Responsibilities**
- Answering telephone calls and dealing with general enquiries.
- Recording new jobs on our job management database/software.
- Organising job attendance dates.
- Reviewing completed job reports.
- Managing specific client accounts.

**Skills**
- Excellent IT skills (Word and Excel and IOS systems).
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
- Previous experience in facilities management or retail maintenance.
- Experience with working with the helpdesk software JOBLOGIC or similar.
- Enjoys working as part of a team.

**Salary**: £18,720.00-£24,960.00 per year

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Facilities maintenance: 2 years (preferred)
