About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Property Team as a Reactive Maintenance Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing reactive repairs and ensuring timely resolutions to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage reactive repairs and coordinate with Estates Managers, Contractors, and the Property Team to secure early resolution.
  • Be the first point of contact on the Property Helpdesk, handling multiple calls and enquiries simultaneously.
  • Work closely with the Helpdesk Manager to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
