Customer Care Co-Ordinator - Full Time 8am - 3.30pm (35 Hours) Monday to Friday.

We are looking for a self motivated experienced customer care co-ordinator. The Customer Service Coordinator role is critical in providing an exceptional customer service to our builders and their customers. You will be responsible for making outgoing calls to customers. You will then update and make appointments for our two maintenance plumbers. Based in Durham we are an established business which is growing and going from strength to strength. J D Winters work for our building partners installing plumbing in new housing developments, as well as customer maintenance for them.
The job role includes but is not exhaustive:

- Making appointments with customers and diarising for the plumbers
- Admin support to back up diary
- Updating builders system on Clixi Fix and Portals
- Closing jobs when complete and updating our diary
- Ordering items for follow up appointments
- Giving the best customer care experience to our many builders we work for
- Answering the phone / Answering e mails
- Updating spreadsheets
- Liaising with plumbers
- Supporting admin for the dept
- Dealing with customers in a timely manner
The person we are looking for:

- 2 Years customer care experience (preferably in construction or plumbing)
- Self Motivated
- Confident in speaking to customers and suppliers
- Be able to prioritise workload
- Be able to work on your own as well as with a team
We offer a competitive salary, free on site parking, casual dress, pension scheme. We are a small team in the office, and although we work hard and are very busy we also like a laugh.
