**The Opportunity**

Gentrack is currently hiring a Regional Marketing Coordinator, to join us in this newly created role. You will work with the Head of Marketing (EMEA) to implement the company’s global marketing strategy; with immediate focus on EMEA marketing activity, driving digital communications, direct marketing campaigns, planning and execution of key events sponsorships; tender support, and engagement with customers, suppliers and partners to support the delivery of marketing objectives.

**Role Specifics**
- Work with Head of Marketing (EMEA) to help drive alignment between global and regional EMEA strategies and priorities
- Develop and execute field marketing and comms programs in the EMEA region - including the gathering of requirements from Senior Management, Sales, Product Marketing, and other stakeholders
- Assist in the development and execution of the regions Account Based Marketing (ABM) programs with an emphasis on execution and reporting
- Build and drive internal communications programs and events aligned with the global strategy in the EMEA region
- Manage and report on programs, which include but are not limited to marketing initiatives
- Co-ordinate activity with broader areas as required such as Global Sustainability Program
- Take a leadership role in keeping projects moving forward by providing necessary information and resolving roadblocks as they arise
- Support overall company branding and awareness as part of the marketing initiatives and programs
- Manage external agencies and vendors and act as a brand ambassador

**What you'll have**:

- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a marketing exec/management role preferably within a software environment
- Full marketing mix experience in a B2B organisation, from research, positioning, and message development, through to launch in both traditional marketing and digital approaches.
- Lead the execution of marketing programmes from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
- Go-to-market planning capabilities including demand and lead generation
- Analytical and structured to analyse data to ensure that programs support business goals and ROI.
- Highly organised and detail driven with a hands-on, happy to get stuck-in attitude
- Ability to execute quickly in an extremely fast paced, high growth environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to influence others without formal authority
- Decision maker with strong planning and organisational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks

**Other helpful skills**:

- Understanding of the energy industry, including key companies.
- Experience working in tech or for a software vendor.
- Experience in driving international growth through marketing initiatives.
- Experience working in a start-up environment or smaller company with a big vision.
- A generalist by nature - happy to get stuck in across the marketing mix.

This role is in the detail, end-to-end and hands on. You’ll need to be a self-starter with knowledge, ideas, and the ability to inspire others. At this stage, alongside the growth of the company you will need be engaged with the specifics of your function, providing strategic solutions as well as handling coordination as our business grows.
