**The Role**
As Sales Director you will be responsible for all sales activities, ensuring maximisation of all sales functions through strong leadership and management.
**Key Responsibilities**
Lead, manage, coach and develop the sales team ensuring sales activities are maximised.
Grow, strengthen and maintain first class customer relations.
Collaborate with managers/directors in creating and delivering sales strategies, targets, budgets etc.
Maximise, meet and exceed sales and profit targets.
Chair meetings to monitor and review performance to ensure robust procedures are in place and adhered to. Be able to rectify/action where necessary.
Create and encourage a working environment where both internal and external sales teams’ functions are maximised and working in conjunction with company objectives.
**Skills and Experience**
At least 5 years’ experience in a Sales Director/Senior Sales Manager role.
Experience of setting and achieving sales forecasts and budgets.
Background and experience of change management.
Ability to demonstrate strong leadership.
Ability to effectively manage sales, people, budget and target achievement.
Ability to deliver good vision and strategy.
Is target-driven, self-motivated and pro-active.
Is self-disciplined and detail focussed.
Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Has a professional attitude; can hold yourself with authority in business while being respectful in communicating duties to others.
Ability to lead by example.
A team player.
Ambitious and enthusiastic with a good sense of humour.
**Remuneration**
