Portfolio Sales Director – Optical / Electronic products Permanent
Our Yorkshire based client is a manufacturer and supplier of photonic and related equipment for imaging and photonic technology applications. They are currently looking for a Portfolio Sales Director to provide leadership and mentoring to internal sales and related technical teams.

Ensuring the successful operation and development of sales delivery to customers deriving from online and catalogue and phone sales
Expanding customer base through the initiation and delivery of strategic sales plans
Leading, motivating and developing sales team leaders for product support, customer service, sales operations, and inside sales to achieve and exceed sales goals
Assessing and reporting on sales metrics, including sales pipeline
Leading by example and providing a world class ‘customer first’ service
Applications are invited from candidates with a Business-related Degree, together with proven demonstrable skills and experience of leading a busy sales function in the photonics, electrical component, imaging equipment industry sector.

This is a permanent opportunity offering an attractive salary depending on skills and experience.
