We have an exciting and unique opportunity for a Order Fulfilment, Customer Service & Administrative Assistant to join the team. This new position will see you gain experience and skills in a wide range of areas, as well as working at the forefront of the gin / craft spirits industry.

The role is available with hours of 20-25 hours per week, between the hours of 9-5.30pm Monday-Friday.

**Key Duties**:

- Facilitating web orders from point of sale through to despatch and ensuring a smooth and exceptional level of service is delivered.
- Receiving orders from suppliers and maintaining a stock management system.
- Placing orders with suppliers at request of the team.
- Responsibility for packaging and arranging shipment to remote consumers
- Liaising with the wider team with regards to trade order fulfilment
- Supporting the wider team with customer service duties and consumer queries
- Adding and updating products for our online store
- Assisting with general administrative tasks
- Supporting the wider team with general operational tasks
- There is scope for additional hours / overtime by assisting with the delivery of events throughout the calendar year. Occassional weekend work will be required at mutually agreed points.

Full training and support will be given.
