We are a giftware business based in Faringdon, Oxfordshire. We have three wonderful brands that we sell into independent shops and chain stores, as well as having our own online retail presence where we sell direct to consumers. We pride ourselves on our quality products, and providing a fantastic customer service.

Over the past 12 months our business-to-business (B2B) sales have grown rapidly, as we’re stocked in more and more retailers. And with more to come, the time has come for us to appoint a **Sales Administrator** to join our small but perfectly formed team.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Taking orders, inputting them, and raising invoices
- Keeping customer lists and price lists updated
- Preparing samples & brochures to send to customers
- Preparation for trade shows

**What we're looking for**:
There will be plenty of opportunities to get involved with things outside your normal day-to-day, such as assembling gift boxes, working with the warehouse team, attending trade shows, and dealing with suppliers.

**Key skills and experience**
- Good attention to detail. Spots inaccuracies and able to correct them. And a good organiser.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Temporary contract, Temp to perm

Pay: £8.60-£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
