With three-years funding secured, we're looking for our next Community Participation Worker, who will help keep people at the heart of our mission to create a fairer, greener Camden. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to shape, influence and grow with our work, in joining our skilled Communities team.

You'll be interested in building on your experience of community participation and in working with under-served and marginalised groups. You'll understand that we need to change the conditions we live in order for us all to flourish.You'll be organised, creative, adaptive and resilient. And most of all, you will enjoy working a wide range of people, building authentic and meaningful relationships to effect change.
