About the role
You will be required to provide administrative and business support to the Health, Safety & Wellbeing Team and take a lead on developing and maintaining a range of systems to support the team in their service delivery.

What will you be doing?
You will support with the arrangements, agendas and minuting of meetings. You will undertake invoicing and procurement processes and arrange and account for income from our service level agreements. Maintaining the council's intranet pages and supporting the communication of Health, Safety and Wellbeing services.

You will provide general support to the team, monitor the team inbox, working with our systems you will develop effective reporting of management information.

About you

To be proficient in Office 365 and able to work with data to support the team and develop our reporting processes.
