As Sales Office Assistant you will support the dynamic Retail Sales team, working directly with retail customers and colleagues across the business to complete administrative tasks relating to the customer journey.

**In this role you will get to**
- Process retail customer orders, invoices and credits
- Use our internal systems to generate and distribute documents for customers and other business areas as required e.g. Delivery notes, e-billing and EPOS data, product data spreadsheets, out of stock cards, etc.
- Update and maintain accurate customer and product data
- Liaise with other business areas to ensure a smooth experience for our customers, providing feedback and escalating to the Sales Office Manager if necessary
