Office Administrator

We are looking for a reliable Office Administrator. They will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the team has adequate support to work efficiently.
Office Administrator Job Duties:
- Communicates with parents, members of our team and children
- Answers phone calls and transfers them as necessary
- Uses management software, adding and editing bookings
- Manages reception area and looks after visitors
- Drafts, formats, and prints relevant documents
- Maintains stock lists and orders office supplies as needed
- Takes meeting notes when required
- Assists in purchase orders and invoicing
- Manages incoming and outgoing post
- Photocopies and files appropriate documents as needed
- Attends workshops and conferences when requested
- And most importantly have a sense of humour and come to work with a smile each day
**Office Administrator Skills and Qualifications**:
Prior Office Management Experience Preferred; Strong Attention to Detail; Ability to Work Without Supervision; Excellent Time Management Skills; Exceptional Communication and Customer Service Skills; Technical Skills, Including Proficiency With Microsoft Office Programs; Strong Prioritisation and Organisation Skills; Ability to Handle Confidential Information; Strong Record Keeping Skills; Ability to Multitask.
