Housing and Welfare Benefits Advisor

Salary: £28,000-30,000 + NI + 6% pension
LRMN is recruiting an experienced and motivated housing and welfare benefits advisor to work with asylum seekers, refugees and migrants. You will be an integral part of the team, offering specialist advice and managing a caseload of clients.
LRMN is a thriving organisation and one of the most established refugees and migrants’ organisations providing services in London but focusing in south and southeast London boroughs. Our services include provision of specialist legal advice and information on immigration, housing and welfare, therapeutic and practical support to women who survived gender based violence, helping our service users access employment, training and volunteering opportunities, prevention of mental health problems, and helping our clients integrate and engage in their community.
You will have an awareness of issues and barriers faced by refugees, asylum seekers and migrants in accessing appropriate services and experience of providing high quality advice. You will be highly motivated and able to work alone and as part of a team.
