People Services Administrator

Are you an exceptional administrator looking for a new challenge offering scope for progression? This is a fantastic opening, working for a local charity in their People Services Team. The role is full-time, offers hybrid working and free parking.
There is plenty of variety, including being the first point of contact for People Services and all recruitment enquiries, dealing with a very busy inbox and handling any incoming calls. You will assist with all new starter paperwork including referencing and DBS checks, update the HRIS with performance reviews, training records, sickness etc, deal with any contract changes and notify payroll, book occupational health appointments, produce monthly statistics on vacancies, attend and minute take at investigation and disciplinary meetings amongst many other tasks.
To be successful in this role you will need outstanding administrative skills and be able to juggle tasks effectively. You will have excellent communication skills and be proficient using Outlook, Word, Excel and have a good understanding of databases. Confidentiality is key and you will need to work with care, compassion and sensitivity.
