Interaction Recruitment are recruiting for our Sheffield based client for a full time, permanent Inbound Call Centre Advisor
Location - Sheffield (Hybrid with 1 day in the office after 6 month probation)
Starting Salary £22105.20 - working 39 hours per week
Start Date: 6th March
This role is key in building and retaining a long-lasting relationship with new and existing customers by valuing and fulfilling customer needs and expectations, understanding customer motivation and expectations
The Role:

- Optimise the customer experience and secure satisfied customers
- Support every customer by providing fast and easy solutions to simple customer enquiries
- Log relevant customer information to improve the business and the customer experience.
- Actively build rapport with customers by being empathic, helpful and providing a solution that satisfies the customer.
- Fulfil daily business tasks in line with operational routines, regulations and guidelines.
The Person:

- Have the ability to understand customer needs and expectations
- Enthusiastic and able to work with others in a team.
- Good listening and communication skills in both verbal and written form.
- Ability to work in a multitude of systems, handling more than one task at the time.
- Stress-resistant and able to work in dynamic environment.
Shift Patterns following on from a 8 week training would be 8 hours per day working between the hours of Mon-Sat 7-8.15pm and Sunday 7-7.15pm, every other weekend. (1 in 2 weekends). During training the hours would be Mon - Fri 9am - 5.30pm
Work from home 4 days per week once fully trained once you have passed your 6 months probation if you want to.
Salary is £22105.20 to start
This would be initially 12 weeks via Interaction Recruitment
