We are recruiting for a construction administrator in Bispham. We are professional, agile, fast-paced, and our goal is to Hire a versatile person to fulfil the role of Construction Administration tasks that is office based with potential for site visits too..

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the construction process from start to finish.
- Develop and maintain relationships with contractors and subcontractors.
- Ensure that all construction projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Monitor the progress of construction projects and report any issues to the project manager.
- Maintain accurate records of all construction activities, including budgets, timelines, and materials used.
- Ensure that all safety regulations are followed.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that all specifications are met.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £10.50 per hour

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
