**Job Title**: Customer Services Administrator

**Pay Bracket**:£19,000 - £20,000

My client is looking for someone who is an enthusiastic and driven individual to join their well-established team on the edge of Horwich. They are one of the UK's largest manufacturer and installer of bespoke products.

**What does the role involve?**
- Contact with trade customers, housebuilders and building site managers.
- Responsible for processing site call offs and planning installation requirements.
- Liaise with customers and identify any needs.
- Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately.

**Who would be the right fit?**
- Someone who can work as part of a team and on own initiative prioritising multiple tasks to achieve target deadlines.
- Someone who is organised and methodical approach with excellent attention to detail.
- Microsoft Office experience including Excel, Word, and Outlook

**What our client can offer**
- Monday to Friday (Office Hours 8am-5:30pm) - Flexible 7.5 Hour Days
- Saturday 9am - 1pm (Saturdays are worked on a rota basis with several other members of staff with time given back in lieu)
