At Love Energy Savings our customers are at the heart of everything we do and that’s why we invest in delivering an exceptional after-sales service. We have our own in-house Service Centre, which acts as a centralized hub for all things customer service.

You will be responsible for managing relationships between the relevant Love Energy Savings departments and our external suppliers, using your excellent customer service skills and the ability to set expectations across the board, in a clear on concise manner.

**A Bit About the Role**

You’ll be responsible for ensuring that energy sales “go live” on the agreed contract start date guaranteeing an excellent customer journey. You will be accountable for dealing with sales rejected from our suppliers, updating customers, and offering a requote, selling an alternate energy product where appropriate.

**A Bit About You**

Excellent communications skills are a must, so you’ll have a great level of written and oral English. You’ll be IT literate and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel with the capability to learn new and varying IT systems.

- Problem solving/ Solution centred.
- Good/Personable telephone manner.
- Team player, working toward a team “go live” target to achieve a lucrative bonus scheme.

We are big on communication, so you’ll have excellent customer service skills and the ability to build strong working relationships with multiple stakeholders, be that customers or suppliers. Attention to detail is one of your strengths along with being a team player.
