Based near Bromley Cross, accessible from Bolton, Darwen, Blackburn and North Manchester areas.

As a Customer Service Administrator you will have responsibility for providing a consistently high standard of customer care to customers and will work as part of a team to provide a full range of operational and customer services on a day to day basis.The role will be a 50/50 split between administration tasks and dealing with customers on the phone. There is no selling involved, this is a service lead position.
