We are recruiting for an SDR Lead/SDR Manager (depending on experience) to help lead, grow and develop the SDR team at a London based start up.

You’ll be given freedom to make your mark and will be supported along the way.

You will be joining a team of positive and collaborative team members and working on a SaaS product with wide appeal and which can be sold to multiple sectors.

The SDR team is rapidly growing and not only will you be responsible for developing and nurturing the existing team but will be involved in bringing on new team members and supporting them to succeed and flourish.

You will already have proven experience as a successful SDR and will have also managed SDRs or been an SDR Lead in a previous or current role. Or perhaps you feel stymied or held back in your current role and want to work somewhere where you can also grow and develop your skills, whilst supporting others to do the same.

This role is office based

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£46,200.00 per year
