**We are looking for a homebased Global Paid Media Specialist - SEM to join the GenesisCare global marketing team.**

As the Global SEM Specialist, you are responsible for planning, implementing, and managing GenesisCare’s paid search strategy to improve the awareness, consideration and patient volumes of our 440+ cancer centres across the USA, UK, Spain and Australia.

You are highly organized, innovative, and ROI-focused SEM specialist with strong experience in search marketing. You will lead this critical activity within the global digital team, driving the strategy and execution of paid search campaigns to achieve targeted results. You will oversee our paid search activity globally to support each region with always on activity that drives acquisition and growth.

You will be part of a team of specialist digital experts whose work is aimed at engaging our community, generating new opportunities, and positioning GenesisCare as a leader in the industry across Australia, USA, Spain and the UK. Ultimately ensuring more people suffering from cancer can access the care they need.

We’re looking for a self-starter with a can-do attitude that is inquisitive and passionate about search marketing and has a few years of SEM experience that you are looking to hone further. You’ll be good at problem solving and understand how to use technology to help deliver a solution.

**What you’ll do**:

- Build, measure and optimize the paid search strategies across our four regions
- Work with the media team to ensure paid search fits within all paid media efforts for global, national and local activity, including programmatic, OLV and paid social campaigns
- Collaborate with the regional digital leads, SEO and analytics teams to optimize lead generation efforts based on conversion metrics
- Serve as an ambassador of the brand, and ensure all ad copy is regularly refreshed and optimised, in line with brand and legal standards
- Collaborate with company leadership and internal stakeholders in developing paid search strategies to meet long-term goals for growth
- Work closely with digital and regional marketing teams to understand goals and objectives and deliver results in support of the marketing plans
- Manage and optimize workflow across regions to ensure that campaigns and optimisations are executed in a timely and efficient manner
- Work with our regional digital leads to manage budgets and set CPAs based on future-focused roadmaps
- Drive improvements that will deliver online traffic & acquisitions
- Support organic search strategy to ensure cohesive approach to search
- Analyse paid data and create monthly reports for use across the business, ensuring recommendations for consistent improvement and optimisation
- Share up-to-date knowledge on current SEM strategies with the broader business to assist with local activity and digital optimisation
- Stay up to date with best practice and stay abreast of new strategies and tactics
- You must be authentic and collaborative with a general excitement to tell the story of your wins and losses to leadership and peers
- Assist with presenting reports to stakeholders, ongoing optimization of campaigns in flight, setting up new campaigns, and helping meet lead generation and pipeline goals for paid search.

**What you’ll have**:
**Experience**:

- 5+ years’ marketing experience
- 3+ years paid search experience
- Experience delivering paid search campaign strategies to drive acquisition and share of voice
- Strong Google Ads, Bing Ads buying experience
- Strong knowledge of Google network (YouTube, Display Network, AdWords, Performance Max) as well as Google/Adobe Analytics
- Bachelor’s degree or experience considered equivalent

**Other requirements for this role**:

- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft 360 suite
- Ability to develop strong external relationships with various individuals/agencies/key stakeholders.
- Demonstrate an understanding of broader digital marketing strategy and channels
- Ability to organise and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines
- High level of computer literacy
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to work within a team or independently
- Problem solving skills
- Spanish speaking and written skills a plus
