This approach led us to reimagine the most mundane household object, a thermostat, into a product that automatically reduces energy bills, looks great and offers control to those who want it. We are also revolutionising the way social landlords manage their housing stock with an obsessively tailored SaaS property dashboard and handy alerts on things like when the boiler is going to break.

**Our journey**

We may be only 8 years old, but it’s already been quite a ride. Our first product, the connected Switchee thermostat is already in 100+ of the UK’s biggest housing providers.

We’re growing 100% year on year and are backed by some of the best-known investors in technology and social impact. We are a small team of 60+ passionate and ambitious people driven by a collective desire to make a positive impact in the housing sector, both for residents and providers..

We are looking for a motivated individual to be an essential part of our team, supporting our marketing efforts, engaging with our communities, and contributing to our mission of improving lives for people living in rented homes.

**Your responsibilities**:
We are looking for a creative Social and Content Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team as we strengthen our position in the UK, and expand into Europe. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing our social media strategy across various platforms including LinkedIn and Twitter. You will also be responsible for creating compelling and engaging content that resonates with our target audience.

You will play an important role in supporting the wider marketing team on the delivery of day-to-day social media activities, elevating our online presence and being the digital ‘voice’ of Switchee.. You'll work closely with teams across the business, and with the support of our graphic designer, create content that drives action and inspires the social housing industry.

**More of your day-to-day**:

- Developing and implementing organic social media campaigns, and supporting the Senior Digital Marketing Manager on paid campaigns.
- Overseeing the day-to-day management of LinkedIn; Twitter and YouTube.
- Creating, scheduling and publishing interesting, repurposable and impactful content for social media, case studies, white papers, articles as required.
- Working with our graphic designer to ensure all content is on brand.
- Creating an engaging content calendar for all social channels.
- Regularly reporting on key social media analytics and providing feedback on channel performance.
- Working with the wider team to execute campaigns that are aligned with Switchee’s commercial goals ie. Product launches.
- Full social media coverage at key industry events.
- Visiting residents, customers, and locations throughout the UK to capture videos, testimonials, and installations etc. (ad hoc).
- Identifying new and emerging social media channels and trends in the UK and Europe.
- Travel across the UK is required. You should be expected to be on the road for a minimum of 2 days per week. Cost of travel and accommodation will be fully covered.

**Who You Are**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to build relationships with others.
- High attention to detail and a love of continuous learning and development.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities to meet demanding deadlines.
- Working with and managing a large variety of stakeholders.
- Knowledge of working with Hubspot and/or Asana.

**Desired experience**:

- Previous social media experience in a B2B, SaaS, tech business
- Knowledge of social media analytics and best practices
- Good knowledge of both paid and organic social media advertising.
- Ability to create designed content, with experience of Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
