The Role...

We need a PPC Executive to come in and support our new Recruitment Digital Marketing division, a division making some serious impact at Ph.Creative.

In the world of Recruitment, paid media in most instances for our clients is under-utilized and there is a wealth of opportunity for Ph. to help our clients win in this space. You will get to work with some of the world’s biggest global brands and help define what paid media means in the recruitment and talent space. As you will be juggling multiple clients, we need somebody who thrives on working at pace, can think on their feet, showcase initiative and shift mindset to accommodate our varying clients who can be in opposite industry verticals. You’ll definitely need to be a self-starter as it’s sometimes a little chaotic. So, you’ll need to thrive in the madness and be determined to put your own stamp on what you do.

We are looking for someone with a drive and passion for analytics, allowing the numbers to reveal the truth. This person will be immersed in the world of digital asset delivery, requiring a commitment to the implementation of outstanding Paid Media services.

What will the role look like on a day to day basis?
We all get involved in a whole host of different projects. Things move fast, and you’ll need to be collaborative, adaptable, and resilient. Whenever change comes along, which it often does, you’ll be able to take it in your stride. Here are just a few of the things we’ll be looking for you to get involved with / deliver on:
Be responsible for aiding the day-to-day optimisation and management of PPC campaigns.
Support our Paid Media Manager in planning and strategizing the execution of media with the budget and seasonality in mind - ensuring the campaign meets maximum efficiency and is optimised over time.
Digest client briefs in order to help develop bespoke digital marketing strategies, collaborating with teams across the agency and using a variety of digital channels.
Monitor the latest trends in social media, including advertising formats, channels and technologies in order to improve campaign performance and provide. recommendations on how our clients can best leverage new tools and services.
Assist in the creation of client facing documents and support in client facing meetings and calls.
Work collaboratively with the wider Ph teams to ensure campaign setup and execution runs smoothly in line with internal goals and overall best practice.

What You'll Need To Bring...
In terms of experience and expertise, here’s what we’re looking for:
**The must-haves**:
A minimum of one year’s experience in managing paid media campaigns
Adept ability to assist with the creation, implementation and analysis of paid media campaigns.
A significant grasp of digital media, understanding and best practice.
A high aptitude for identifying and acting upon trends, opportunities and insights within such campaigns.
Excellent paid media experience with a preferred focus on social media platforms such as Paid Facebook, Paid Instagram, Paid Twitter, Paid LinkedIn in addition to Google Ads.
Great proficiency in Excel and Google Analytics with the ability to report on monthly campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations.
Familiarity with researching and identifying Paid Media audience personas.
Proven ability to manage time effectively whilst successfully coordinating and co-creating with team members across multiple functions.
