**Digital Marketing Training**
How does the training work? There are five key elements:

For the first 17 months of this role, you will be enrolled in the Digital Marketing Academy, an award-winning Level 3 Multi Channel Marketer Apprenticeship programme. You will learn a wide range of digital marketing knowledge, skills and behaviours from expert marketers:

- Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
- Social Media
- Data & Tracking

- Paid Media (PPC)/Digital Advertising

The Working Knowledge Digital Marketing Academy trained the BCS Digital Marketer Apprentice of the Year in 2022 and 2023, and one of those has gone on to win the BCS IT Overall Apprentice of the year

Our apprentices typically go on to become Marketing Managers, Director of Marketing, Head of Brand Strategy and Social Media Managers.

**The key tasks for this role will be**:

- **Vision**:Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and other identified social media channels to generate leads.
- **Video**:You’ll need a genuine interest in video, content and editing. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the content is of the highest standard, whilst identifying opportunities to create marketing content.
- **Innovative Ideas**:Have the confidence to bring fresh ideas to the table, sharing your insights and inspiration.
- **Creativity**:Think outside the box Don’t be afraid to be creative and share your ideas.
- **Analytical Mindset**: Enjoy interpreting data and use analytics to inform marketing strategies.
