Freedom Finance are a highly established and reputable financial lending platform. We work with some of the most prestigious and growing financial institutions globally. Established in 2007, we offer solutions in the personal finance market, and we strive to offer our customers a better way to shop for loans.
We are now looking to add to the team with a Contact Centre Associate in Manchester. There is no cold calling, achievable KPIs in place and a monthly performance bonus.

- Up to 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, no weekends

**Your responsibilities as our Contact Centre Associate**:
- Demonstrating professionalism and exceptional sales whilst delivering excellent levels of customer service.
- Demonstrating values, behaviors and general conduct in line with company standards.
- Achieving personal weekly/monthly KPIs and any additional targets.
- Handling objections appropriately to complete the sale.
- To promote and sell the products and services of the company.
- Establishing the customers’ requirements through either warm inbound or outbound call and discuss the products available to them.
- Providing quotes on products and explain the options available to the customer.
- Attending training sessions for extra development and support when required.
**What we are looking for from you**:
Previous experience within a Sales or Customer Service based role is not essential as full training will be given, you can communicate effectively. You will also need to be target driven with a can-do attitude and determination to succeed.
