**Location**: Manchester/Hybrid
If your background is call centre or contact centre based and you’re ready for your next challenge, this could be THE role for you. We’re seeking an established Team Manager to join our team to help us go from good to great.
As our contact centre continues to expand and evolve, the position will be fundamental in managing the team to ensure maximum efficiency combined with the highest level of customer service for our clients. We do things differently hereour team get the chance to really flex their skills and have a positive impact on our clients throughout their time with us. As the team manager, so will you.
**What does a typical day look like? **Operationally, you monitor and manage productivity, ensuring that the relevant contact strategies are followed, and any issues are either resolved or escalated. It is your job to ensure that all enquiries are properly managed, and clients are onboarded well. As a pillar of support to your team, you will manage the team, ensuring they are equipped and capable in their role. Work with the L&D team to monitor and review calls, providing feedback when required and identifying any additional training needs.
