We’re Vape Green, an online vape retailer based in Acton. We’re looking for a talented Junior Copywriter to join our office. At Vape Green, our small but fast-paced team handles the day-to-day operations while our copywriters work in our office behind the scenes to make our website shine through informative and engaging written content.

**What We’re Looking For**:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable junior web content & copywriter with a jack-of-all-trades attitude and a knack for writing. You’ll be helping our Head of Content & Copy devise and execute SEO-driven content strategies across our eCommerce site, blog, social media, and newsletters with a casual yet informative flair.

This is an in-person, on-site, Monday to Friday role. We do not offer remote or hybrid work.

To be able to write the expert content (including product reviews) that we’re known for, **we’re looking for someone who currently vapes.** You’ll need to be able to test and write about some of the products that we sell.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Working alongside our Head of Content & Copy to create written content to boost our site’s SEO
- Publishing blog posts, writing detailed product descriptions for our eCommerce store, writing copy for our weekly newsletters, writing product reviews for our blog, and devising social media content strategies
- Conducting keyword research using tools like Semrush, Ahrefs, and Google Analytics
- Collaborating with our office team to devise new content and marketing strategies
- Using AI tools like ChatGPT to assist in your writing and keyword research
- Following the Vape Green brand & house style

Above all else, we’re looking for someone who’s passionate, enthusiastic, and ready to dig in and help us deliver informative SEO-driven content on a daily basis. A passion for tobacco harm reduction and/or an interest in the vape industry would be a massive bonus.

**Job Requirements (mandatory)**:

- **You must be a current vaper.**:

- Demonstrable experience with web copywriting (eCommerce preferred)
- +1 year of SEO experience (keyword research, content planning, backlink outreach, etc.)
- Excellent grasp of the English language, including spelling, grammar, and syntax
- Working knowledge of SEO tools like Semrush, Ahrefs, and Google Analytics
- General knowledge of vaping, including the use of various types of vape kits and E-Liquids
- Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work quickly & efficiently

**Secondary Requirements (preferred)**:

- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (English, Creative Writing, Marketing, etc.)
- Experience using WordPress for publishing blog articles

Pay: £20,301.47-£24,000.00 per year
