MOI are looking for a Junior Copywriter looking to step up to a Midweight Copywriter who can help us rattle a few cages in the B2B world and turn the heads of those for whom marketing has simply joined the noise. We are looking for a copywriter who has solid B2B marketing experience (agency-based preferably) writing engaging copy for a wide range of IT/Tech clients. They need to be able to think creatively, whilst equally competent and comfortable in producing long-copy communications across a wide range of digital, social and offline media, including video, eDMs, websites, blogs, online adverts, newsletters, event invitations, white papers, brochures and research papers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with creatives to develop ideas for client campaigns that align with client goals and objectives.
- Develop and execute copy that align with the campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
- Brand Voice: Maintain consistency in brand messaging, tone, and style across all channels.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team, including art directors, content strategists, and digital specialists, to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across all channels.
- Understand target audience demographics, market trends, and competitors to develop effective marketing messages and positioning.
- Optimize copy for SEO (Search Engine Optimization) to improve organic visibility and drive traffic to digital platforms.
- Take ownership of multiple projects to deliver copy within agreed deadlines.
- Edit and proofread copy to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to grammatical and brand guidelines.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually improve the effectiveness of marketing copy.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree preferred in Advertising, Communications, English, or similar
- Proven experience of at least 3 as a Junior Copywriter or similar role, preferably in an agency or corporate environment.
- Portfolio showcasing a range of marketing copy samples across different mediums and industries.
- Strong command of the English language, with exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Understanding of marketing principles, consumer behaviour, and target audience segmentation.
- Proficiency in crafting copy that drives engagement and brand loyalty.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices for optimizing content.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and able to adapt to changing priorities.
