**Role overview**
We're looking for an exceptional
** Marketing Copywriter **looking to make their mark on the industry and lead our copywriting function in the Fresha marketing team,
** headquartered at our Waterloo office in London**.
Reporting to the
**Head of Marketing Communications**, you will work
** directly with multiple stakeholders **across the business and be
**accountable for all outgoing written communications as a key member of the marketing team**.
This is a pivotal and exciting role,
** bringing the Fresha tone of voice to life across all media touchpoints**, as we look to
** take our brand and business positioning to the next level**.

**Key accountabilities**:
- **Product copywriting**:Draft clear and compelling copy to describe Fresha's product ecosystem, features and benefits, regularly collaborating with our Product team to ensure we consistently communicate our product features with precision. You will be responsible for maintaining a product copywriting toolkit and tone of voice guide.
- ** Tone of voice management**:You will work directly with the Content Marketing Manager to maintain Fresha’s B2B and B2C messaging strategy. As the copywriting expert in this project you will ensure our tone of voice framework is robust, and is rolled out across marketing communications consistently.
**Additional functions**:
- Collaborate with the wider marketing team and contribute ideas to generate attention as we constantly strive to create a world famous brand.
- Perform necessary mid and post-launch evaluation and provide recommendations for future optimisations.
- Manage relationships with key internal stakeholders including Product Managers and Designers, liaising with them to gain, interpret and implement feedback.
- Work closely with the Content Marketing Manager to follow a marketing and trade media editorial calendar, ensuring we meet our trade media commitments.
- Provide ad hoc writing support to the operations team for product features
- Analyse content performance using tools such as Google Analytics to measure the performance of blog posts
- Stay up to date with developments online and in the industry and generate new ideas to attract target audiences.
- Collaborating with our Customer Education team to ensure our help centre content (articles, pdfs and videos) are consistently on-message and on-brand.

**Skills, experience & qualifications required**:
- 4+ years of experience as a Content Editor, Copywriter, Marketing Copywriter, or equivalent role in agency or in-house marketing teams.
- Highly proficient in English, with evidence of excellent copywriting skills across a variety of channels and B2B topics. A skill for making even the most complex technical matters easy to understand is desired.
- Experience in SaaS marketing, and demonstrated success in creating compelling headlines.
- Ability to collaborate and iterate work at pace
- Demonstrated use of common captivating copywriting techniques.
- Professional proof-reading experience and an ability to critically evaluate content and ensure its effectiveness.
- A strong understanding of how content integrates into and impacts the user experience.
- An open and authentic attitude and a desire to collaborate in person with a vibrant and diverse marketing team.
