About The Role

Embassy of Beauty is seeking a talented and dynamic Brand Marketing Copywriter to join our team during an exciting phase of growth. You will be instrumental in bringing our luxury beauty brand's stories to life, ensuring they resonate across all digital and physical touch points. This is a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in our brand's creative processes, craft compelling content, and build a strong, engaged community around our offerings.

In this role, you'll create compelling content for various channels, including organic social, paid media, and our website, driving brand awareness and customer engagement. Your creative concepting and copywriting skills will be crucial in aligning content with our brand voice and maintaining consistency across platforms. You will also identify new trends and opportunities to keep our brand at the forefront of the beauty industry, using your writing to elevate and differentiate our offerings.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Content Creation & Copywriting: Develop high-quality, engaging content that goes beyond mere information, weaving our brand’s narrative into every piece. Your content will tell the stories behind our products, our brand ethos, and the luxurious experiences we offer, ensuring that each story resonates deeply with our audience.
  • Craft content across various formats, including social media posts, email campaigns, website copy, product descriptions, press releases, and editorial pieces, all while ensuring they align with our brand’s tone of voice (TOV) and messaging.
  • Infuse product knowledge and passion into your storytelling, making sure that our audience not only understands what our products are but also why they matter. This will involve deep product knowledge, which you'll be trained on and will receive refresher training for new brand and product launches. You will be expected to create content that reflects both expertise and enthusiasm and helps educate the audience on our point of difference.
  • Digital Marketing: Craft and execute compelling copy for digital channels, including .com, organic social, paid media, and email marketing. Collaborate with the ecommerce manager to create impactful landing pages and product descriptions that drive customer engagement and sales.
  • Campaign Execution: Assist in planning and executing monthly digital campaigns, ensuring all content is on-brand and effective in driving engagement and conversions.
  • Editorial Content: Work with internal experts and external contributors to produce editorial pieces, on topics such as formulation education, beauty tips and founder interviews, supporting the content calendar.
  • PR Collaboration: Partner with our PR team to craft press releases with compelling angles that secure media coverage for key launches and campaigns.
  • Creative Briefs: Interpret creative briefs to develop and draft copy that effectively delivers the intended concept.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency across all content channels, aligning messaging and tone with brand guidelines. Uphold and develop our tone of voice to reflect each brand's unique values.
  • Industry Insight: Stay informed on industry trends, content marketing best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously innovate our content creation process.


Skills You Will Bring:

  • Copywriting & Content Creation: 3 years of experience in copywriting, experience in content creation is a bonus. Strong attention to detail and the ability to write engaging, error-free copy.
  • Creative Thinking: Innovative storytelling that stays true to brand values and tone.
  • Brand Guardian: Flexibility to work across different brands while maintaining a distinct tone of voice.
  • Collaboration: Seamlessly work with wider teams to deliver the best content across all channels.
