**Who we are**:
Mercurius is a luxury fashion accessory brand that set out to meet the demand for ethical luxury and versatile functionality while keeping the style of a status symbol. As a debut collection, we are launching a series of extremely functional yet luxury leather bags crafted from plant-based leather alternative and recycled plastic materials.

**Roles & Responsibilities (What you’ll be doing)**:

- **Copywriting Leadership**: Responsible for all copywriting tasks for the brand’s digital marketing team’s activities, ensuring all content is engaging, on-brand, and aligned with marketing objectives.
- **Audience Engagement**: Produce copies that resonate with discerning audiences, capturing the essence of luxury and sophistication that our brand represents.
- **Content Strategy**: Collaborate with the digital marketing team to develop a comprehensive content strategy that supports overall marketing goals and enhances brand visibility.
- **Analytics and Improvement**: Monitor and analyse the performance of copy across various channels, using insights to continuously improve and optimize content for better engagement and conversion rates.
- **Creative Collaboration**: Work closely with designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to brainstorm and develop creative concepts that drive campaign success.
- **Brand Consistency**: Maintain and enforce consistency in the brand’s tone of voice across all digital platforms, ensuring all communications reflect the brand’s identity and values.
- **Innovation and Trends**: Stay updated with the latest digital marketing and copywriting trends, integrating innovative ideas into the content strategy to keep the brand at the forefront of the industry.

**Must-have Requirements**:

- **Industry Experience**: Must have experience working in the high-end fashion or luxury accessory industry, demonstrating an understanding of luxury brand aesthetics and consumer expectations.
- **Digital Marketing Experience**: 5+ years of experience working on a digital marketing team for high-end luxury physical products, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
- **Must have experience with**:

- _Creating persuasive copy and concepts for highly converting landing pages that drive engagement and sales._
- _Writing highly converting copies for all paid ads, tailored to attract and engage a luxury audience._
- _Developing and refining the brand’s tone of voice to ensure consistency and appeal across all platforms._
- _Creating detailed personas for various purposes, including paid ads, content posting, and narratives, to effectively target and engage different segments of the audience._
- _Producing high-quality content for social media that enhances brand presence and drives audience engagement._
- **Remote Work Experience**: Must have worked in remote settings for at least 2+ years, showcasing the ability to manage time and tasks effectively in a remote environment.
- **Tool Proficiency**: Proficiency in collaborative tools such as Figma, Figjam, and Google Drive, ensuring seamless collaboration and productivity.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Freelance

Pay: £32,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
