Who You'll work with


As a Copywriter, you’ll collaborate closely with our creative, digital, and product teams. Together, you’ll bring our voice to life across every touchpoint, from e-commerce and social media to in-store materials and global campaigns.

You’ll also partner with designers, strategists, and digital marketers to create a cohesive brand experience that speaks to our audience. This role offers the opportunity to work with external agencies and partners to ensure consistency and excellence across all communications.

We’re seeking a talented writer with a passion for aspirational luxury and storytelling. You’re a strategic thinker and creative force who knows how to craft compelling narratives that engage and inspire.

You’ll be confident switching between long-form storytelling, snappy social media captions, and SEO-optimised product descriptions, all while maintaining a consistent and elegant tone of voice. You have a deep understanding of premium audiences and know how to communicate with authenticity, sophistication, and precision.


Essential Requirements

  • Proven experience as a copywriter, preferably in the luxury, fashion, or lifestyle industries.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a strong command of English, including grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
  • Familiarity with UK and global vernaculars, tailoring copy to resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Expertise in crafting consumer-facing content across digital platforms, including e-commerce, social media, and email marketing.
  • Understanding of SEO principles and their application to copywriting.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
  • A passion for luxury craftsmanship, sustainability, and personalization.


What you'll work on

  • Defining Brand Voice : Collaborate with the team to develop and maintain a consistent tone of voice that reflects brand values and resonates with the audience.
  • Digital Ecosystem : Write SEO-optimised product descriptions, email campaigns, and web copy to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions on the e-commerce platform.
  • Social Media Magic : Work with the social team to craft captivating captions, campaign lines, and storytelling content to grow the brand’s presence across platforms and foster a loyal community.
  • Campaigns and Launches : Be part of exciting brand moments, including product launches, global campaigns, and in-store activations, bringing each story to life through words.
  • Cultural Connection : Infuse cultural relevance and insight into copy to ensure the brand remains fresh, authentic, and innovative.
  • Collaborative Storytelling : Partner with creative teams to ideate and execute content that connects emotionally and builds lasting relationships with the audience.
