Contract Coordinator

**Contract Coordinator**required. Our client has been providing buildings support to local authorities, social landlords, NHS trusts and private sector clients for over 40 years.

**Contract CoordinatorPosition Overview**
- Book & Schedule all Works & Engineers
- Progress Jobs to Invoice Stage
- Manage all Data Input on Customer Portals, maintain databases, all records to be kept up to date
- Manage all Projects to Include Correct Costs, Cost Centres, Variations & Completion Documentation, excellent recording keeping within the company system
- Contractor Works Orders, to raise and allocate specialist sub-contractors, to ensure compliant
- Purchase Orders
- Answer Phone, Action where Applicable & Relay Messages Accordingly
- Administer quotes to clients for authorisation
- Provide regular updates to clients on progress of works and escalate jobs that are outside of target
- Making contact with sites/customers to establish key relationships
- Capture and record customer requirements in appropriate documentation for internal communication
- Manage service delivery & meet contractual KPIs/Targets
- To engage with external customer, clients and stakeholders. Internal customers and contractors
- Daily, weekly, monthly reports

**Contract CoordinatorPosition Requirements**
- 3+ years experience in a similar position
- Experience coordinating engineers

**Contract CoordinatorPosition Remuneration**:

- Salary £24,000 - £29,00 per annum
- Monday to Friday, between 8am - 5:30pm with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break, 40 hours per week
- 21 days holiday increasing by 1 day every 2 years' service up to a maximum of 25 days, plus statutory days
