Aside from the Open Lobby, the Northampton hotel has 3 large function rooms, perfect for meetings, events and weddings.

We are looking for a hands-on Guest Service Supervisor to support the day to day running of the operations and supervising the Food & Beverage team to deliver first class customer service experience for our guests. A Guest Service Supervisor (GSS), must oversee the running of a shift and ensure that the Guest Services Assistants are managing their task lists accordingly.

**Role in our Family**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Be readily available for the teams and hotel guests to ensure a high level of quality for all services
- Ensure all Hotel policies and standards are adhered to, with support from the Head Chef and Operations Manager
- Ensure Guest satisfaction when handling complaints and coming up with solutions, analyzing and replying to guest’s feedback, oversee the hotel’s quality performance.
- To supervise the guest experience through tracking guest feedback and actioning accordingly working alongside the food and beverage supervisor team.
- To monitor shift procedures, ensuring checklists are completed in the correct manner and that they are consistent.
- To complete Daily/Weekly Health & Safety Checklists and action.
- Set a great example by being presentable, approachable, listening to the team and working with the other Food & Beverage Supervisors to create a positive working atmosphere and culture
