This is a position that requires combining excellent organisational skills, people skills and multitasking skills. Attention to detail is extremely important as is the ability to work to deadlines. This is a role that involves daily contact with our valuable clients therefore a good telephone manner, a friendly, helpful attitude and a professional approach to clients and tasks is essential. Training specific to company processes will be given.

We have an opportunity for a talented professional to join our highly successful team. The Project Coordinator Administration role is designed to support reinstatement work projects through to completion, including selecting relevant trades, meeting SLA’s, continuous customer support, ordering materials and updating data etc.

Reporting To - Directors/Contracts Managers/Senior Management

**Skills Required**:

- Knowledge of building/construction trades/materials/prices etc
- Ability to deliver excellent customer focus/service skills throughout
- Ability to discuss details of works on site with the trades.
- Experience arranging/monitoring small works/maintenance tasks
- Strong communication (verbal and written) and organisational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure on multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to focus on and manage the detail as well as the overall project.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Comfortable using multiple IT systems on a daily basis (training will be provided) Competent IT skills, and the capability to maintain the electronic and paper files to a high auditable standard.
- Problem solving/solution finding skills.
- Be able to manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and complete case enquiries in line with company policy.

**Additional Responsibilities**
- Maintain Project Data in our Job Management System
- Provide administrative support to the Insurance division including job planning and scheduling
- Build and cultivate relationships with clients, subcontractors and suppliers
- Check and reconcile invoices and review discrepancies
- Assist with any other Administrative duties as and when required

**Experience Required**
- At least 2 years working in a busy office environment
- Knowledge of project coordination of small works and maintenance
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects/maintenance
- Strong Customer Service experience
- Construction Industry experience desirable
- Knowledge of Health & Safety desirable
