**Medical Reports Administrator**

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Medical Reports Administrator to join our friendly and dynamic team. This permanent position will be well suited to an individual that is looking to work in healthcare and gaining hands-experience in thriving and supportive environment. Pay is starting at £10.42

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Process requests for information i.e. Subject Access Reports, insurance / solicitors letters and DVLA forms
- Process reports for the HM Coroner
- Process requests for GP letters and ensure payment is received
- To be aware of GDPR requirements and ensure these are adhered to
- Scanning of patient related documentation and attaching scanned documents to patient’s healthcare records
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail
- Clinical coding of patient records
- Update the Adastra out of hours system as required
- Exceptional communication skills (written and oral).
- A professional telephone manner.High level of computer literacy.
- Previous experience using SystmOne.
- A flexible pro-active approach to work.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work on own initiative and prioritise task effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure while remaining calm in difficult situations.
- Professionalism and discretion when dealing with sensitive information maintaining confidentiality at all times.
