Britannia Safety & Training has been established since 1998 and has health & safety, education and good customer service at its core. As health and safety training consultants, we work with people from all industries.

Building on 25 successful years, we have entered an exciting new era as a new management board looks to grow the business; while staying true to its customer-focused ethos.

We are offering a part-time position as a health & safety co-ordinator to come and join our expanding team.

We are looking for a likeminded individual who is keen to be part of the Britannia experience in a fast paced and dynamic office environment. If you have a passion for offering excellent customer service, then we want to hear from you

The main responsibilities will be as following.
- Retainer client management, including following up leads to generate new retainers and business.
- Building a rapport with existing retainer clients.
- Consultant diary management & booking appointments.
- Management of the outstanding job list, ensuring work is completed within the agreed time parameters.
- General administration of Health & Safety documentation
- Managing & updating inspections register for centre equipment.
- Centre First Aid box management.
- Regular mailings to retainer clients about Health & Safety updates and posting on social media.

A confident telephone manner is essential due to inbound/outbound calling.

Must be self-motivated and able to work in a methodical manner to organise your own workload. A good attention to detail is essential and you must have the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines at times.

Being a team player with a can-do attitude is essential.

This is a part time role 5 days a week (Monday - Friday). Working hours are 9am-3pm however we may be able to offer some flexibility with start and finish times.

This is based in our office in Wymondham, Norfolk.

Starting Salary of £25,000 (pro rata), increasing to £27,000 (pro rata) on successful completion of 6 months’ probation.
