**Customer Relations Administrator**

An exciting opportunity to work as a Customer Relations Administrator within a small friendly team at a dynamic, fast paced Training & Health & Safety Consultancy centre based in Wymondham, Norfolk.

**The main responsibilities will be as follows**:

- Prioritising and managing workload to strict deadlines.
- Booking services (including invoicing/taking payments)
- General administration (certificate processing, producing required paperwork, weekly check of upcoming services, ensuring centre is tidy and prepared)
- Booking trainers and consultants including diary management.
- Ensuring CRM system is kept up to date
- Checking and ordering centre stock as required
- Social Media & Marketing (some training will be given but experience with this is advantageous)
- Making outbound calls to existing and new customers to build relationships and generate business opportunities.

A confident telephone manner is essential due to inbound/outbound calling.

Must be organised, have good attention to detail and be able to work well under pressure and to deadlines.

Being a team player with a can-do, proactive and positive attitude is essential.

Knowledge of construction / health & safety is not essential as full training will be given.

Full time position Monday to Friday. Shifts each day will be either 07.45 - 16.00 or 08.30 - 17.00. Please note due to the nature of the role, you will be based in our office in Wymondham, Norfolk. Unfortunately, we are not able to support flexible/remote working or part time hours at this time.

Annual Leave - 20 days, plus bank holidays. 1 extra day per year as a loyalty reward for up to 5 years. Christmas and New Year is a company shut down and no annual leave entitlement needs to be used for this period.

Starting salary of £25,000, increasing to £27,000 after successful completion of 6 months’ probation.
