We are offering a full-time position as a customer relations co-ordinator to come and join our expanding team.

An exciting opportunity to work as a Customer Relations Co-ordinator within a small friendly team at a dynamic, fast paced Training & Health & Safety Consultancy centre based in Wymondham, Norfolk.

The main responsibilities will be as follows:

- Prioritising and managing workload sometimes to strict deadlines.
- Booking services (including invoicing/taking payments)
- General administration (certificate processing, producing required paperwork, weekly check of upcoming services, ensuring centre is tidy and prepared)
- Booking trainers and consultants including diary management.
- Ensuring CRM system is kept up to date
- Checking and ordering centre stock as required
- Social Media & Marketing (some training will be given but experience with this is advantageous)
- Making outbound calls to existing and new customers to build relationships and generate business opportunities.

A confident telephone manner is essential due to inbound/outbound calling.

Must be organised, have good attention to detail, be able to work well under pressure and to deadlines.

Being a team player with a can-do, proactive and positive attitude is essential.

Full time position Monday to Friday, 07.45 - 16.00 4 days per week & 08.30 - 17.00 1 day per week.

Please note due to the nature of the role, you will be based in our office in Wymondham, Norfolk and unfortunately, we are not able to support flexible/remote working at this time.

Annual Leave - 20 days plus bank holidays. 1 extra day per year as a loyalty reward for up to 5 years.

Between Christmas and New Year there is a company shut down and no annual leave entitlement needs to be used for this period.

Starting salary of £25,000, increasing to £27,000 after successful completion of 6 months’ probation.
